First of all, when booking a consultation on Expert's page, write a brief statement about your company's problem. You can also provide a link to your website. The more information you provide, the better the Expert will be able to help you. Also, prepare specific data for the meeting and tell us what result you expect. 

How should I prepare to a meeting?

Who can I contact in case of technical problems?

Prices for the service depend on the rate set by Experts and are listed in the descriptions on each Expert'spage. 

How much does the LevelExpert service cost?

Yes, this is guaranteed to you by our Terms and Conditions and § 7 Confidentiality contained therein. The use of LevelExpert is possible after you have acknowledged and accepted the Terms and Conditions in their entirety and without any reservations. 

When I disclose problems and information about my Company, do I feel confident that the experts will guarantee discretion? 

We have experience in conducting online services. LevelExpert presents an easy and widely available way to obtain advice and face the problems that occur in everyday work. We are aware of the fact that entrepreneurs care about results and expect a specific result when looking for advice. Our experts specialize in specific business areas and their solutions have been appreciated by many entrepreneurs.

Why LevelExpert?

The client has the option to reschedule or cancel the consultation through the Zencal service if the Organisator will make that option possible. In the confirmation of the booking received by email, the customer has the option to "Cancel" or "Reschedule". However, the cancellation of the booked appointment should be considered as DATAPAX Ltd. is not obliged to refund the fee for the appointment.  The exact conditions of cancellation can be found in the terms and conditions.  

How do I modify or cancel the order?

Payment is processed at the time of booking on the particular Expert page. The payment processing system on the site is the  payment platform, which allows you to choose a form of payment, and once it has been credited to our system you will receive confirmation that your payment has been received and your appointment booked.    

How do I pay for a service?

Booking a consultation is done through the Zencal system. Just press "book a consultation" next to the selected expert and the system will redirect you to the appropriate calendar. In the next step you need to choose the type of meeting, date and time, enter your contact information and in some cases pay for the order. You will receive a e-mail confirmation  with a link to your appointment. 

How do I book a consultation?



The Administrator of your data is DATAPAX SP. Z O.O. located in Poznan, Serbska Str. 4 (61-696), NIP: 7831781179, REGON: 380519147, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by: District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000736127, with the share capital of 42,500.00 PLN, paid in full, hereinafter referred to as DATAPAX. For issues related to the processing and protection of personal data, a contact point was designated in the form of an email address: kontakt@datapax.pl. Contact in the indicated matters is also possible in the form of traditional correspondence to the address of the administrator with the note: "Personal Data Protection" and personally at the address: ul. Serbska 4, 61-696 Poznań. The personal data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:  

  • performance of the contract of sale or service - processing is necessary for the performance of the contract until the end of the contract, 
  • direct marketing - until the end of the contract or filing an objection, 
  • financial and accounting purposes - processing is necessary for the execution of tax law provisions, 
  • defense against claims and investigation of claims - until the expiration of the claim period in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, 
  • conducting complaint processes. 

You have the right to access your data and the right to correct them, delete them, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object (e.g. if your data are processed on the basis of your consent or for marketing purposes or sharing your data); you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In order to withdraw your consent you can contact DATAPAX by sending an e-mail to: kontakt@datapax.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Providing your personal data is fully voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of full performance of obligations assumed by DATAPAX under the contracts concluded with you.
